PURPLE BRAND offers returns or exchanges on unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached within 30 days of the delivery date. Please note that certain limited-edition collaborations and final sale items are ineligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and include the printed return authorization form inside the package.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by the portal and affix it to the outside of your parcel, ensuring old labels are covered.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location and retain your receipt; your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days of receipt.
